Nice morning for it, and lots of cider juice taken away for fermenting. Those of you with juice will have to bring some finished product along next year so we can compare ciders.

Is the taste from the apples or the cidermaker?

Looks like a great day - sorry to have missed it. Maybe next year.

And if anyone wants to press some apples on a smaller scale next weekend, there'll be pressing at the Royate Hill Community Orchard in Eastville on Saturday 22nd, and Apple Day at Boiling Wells in St Werburghs on Sunday 23rd.
