Hello everyone,

I'd like to give my apologies as I won't be able to make the August meeting and I will therefore not be putting in a beer for feedback.

Hope it goes well,

Thanks,

Simon

I also want to send my apologies as I won't be able to make it tomorrow.

Have a good one and see you next time.

Around our bit of the table we did have a discussion about whether one meeting we should have a focus on non - malt fermentable brews - Wine, Sake, Cider. I would support this as it could be a good opportunity to learn about techniques that are applicable in beer brewing.

A few of us make wine and cider and I will be trying chinese rice wine soon..

Roger, what do you think - could we schedule it in for a meeting in autumn \ winter?
cheers
steve
I like to keep a bottle of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.

I was going to approach the speaker we discussed and base the meeting on when they were available. Obviously not the December meeting. I might have gone for September or October as we are a bit light on content at the mo!

But, the concept of a "non-malt" evening is definitely going to happen. It might be worth having little that is important to do the following day :)
