Sourdough starter

Slightly off-topic but I discussed my sourdough yeast starter with a few people at one of the meetings, and several of you were interested in getting hold of some.

If anyone's still interested, let me know and I'll bring along my jar tomorrow night and you can take some away. You'll need a decent sized jar (I use a 1 litre Kilner), filled to about a quarter depth with bread flour mixed with water to a thick gooey consistency.
