There is a new Curry House opening a few doors down from Carol's shop in St George. We were wondering if another social would be in order. Discuss at November meeting.
UPDATE:
We have a date of the Saturday 3rd January. Might seem close to New Year but given you'll have mostly recovered on the 1st you might be looking for something warming and a few beers before return to work on Monday.
The place is all very new and they're still sorting menus/prices but I'll update here when I know
In the meanwhile express interest here please and we'll finalise in December
Final details
Meet up at the Delhi Flavour at 7.30pm date as above. Carol is currently negotiating with the restaurant so will update on guide cost.
The restaurant is on the main A420 opposite St George's Park just up from the Chalks Rd/Blackswarth Rd traffic lights. There is Lloyds Bank on the corner by the lights
Restaurant has come up with a package - 3 courses for £10 which I reckon is pretty good.
*£10.00 per person
*Any main dish
*5 nan breads and 5 rices to share
*4 side dishes to share
Poppadoms will be extra charge of 60p each. Pickle tray 50p each.
The main dishes excludes any sizzling tandoori dishes and seafood dishes. There will be a surcharge of £2 extra for these dishes.
Bring your own drinks
Should be good!!
Update here if you would like to come, or were coming and now can't

Re: Curry Night
Is this still on, and if so what is the place called and an address would be good as I don't know where Carol's shop is or what its called.

I'll be there but Danni can't make it
Burns stuff. And makes beer. Usually not at the same time.

Re: Curry Night
Damn fine curry. It's certainly a place I would be happy to eat in again anytime.
