Bramling X over (The "Test Brew")

Post by I_used_to_brew »

I now have 5kg of Bramling Cross whole hop for this project and they work out at £4.50 for 500g.

Can everyone who is interested in taking part say so please?

Once we know numbers and when Rich has a recipe, there will be some spare so that will be up for grabs too :)

I like to keep a bottle of stimulant handy in case I see a snake, which I also keep handy.

Me too.

Steve C: Thought the point of this was for every element to be the same i.e. hops from the same bale, same grain source etc. to determine the impact our brewing equipment/techniques acheive.

Sorry I wasn't at the meeting this month, work commitments. I'd like to get involved in this too though.
Burns stuff. And makes beer. Usually not at the same time.

OK, happy to go with this but i'd rather not buy another half kilo just for this brew.
cheers
