Right we need people to come and help sort the entries into their respective categories and to label each bottle. Several people volunteered at bcb the other night and the consensus was that Tuesday would be best for most people. It will take place from 5ish at wiper and true in the burg. Many hands...

Well I'm brewing right now and have solved this problem by forgetting to put the hop filter in the boiler. What a dick.

I plan to whirlpool it and draw off the side with a siphon but I really need an immersion chiller. Anyone got one I can borrow right now?

You're right of course, but I use my hydrometer post fermentation.

In answer to Rodney, I think Taz is on to something regarding the wort not being mixed (stratified) pre-boil.

I've got an atc refractometer that reads both brix and sg - no conversion necessary. Best off looking for one o they.
