It would be good to have a meeting. Moving it back would mean some folks away for Christmas. Moving it forwards sounds good.

Any takers for 5kg/10kg wheat malt fresh from the last malt order? Would work out at £3.50/5kg.

Roger, I have 1.5kg pale crystal (60EBC) and 1kg dark crystal (240EBC). Also 1kg Caragold if you needed something really pale.

I've under a kg of pale malt remaining and would like to brew again before the malt order is likely to arrive. Before I pursue other sources does anyone have sufficient that I can buy/loan a few kg? By "loan" I mean replace with fresh malt when the group order arrives. I'm not particularly...

Yeasts can throw this flavour, and if you have identified it in Tribute why not try culturing up some yeast from a St. Austell bottle. Tribute isn't bottle conditioned, but several other from their range are including "Proper Job," which is readily available. (Asda/Tesco/Coop) Its a good y...

To be honest Darren I think Silicone grease is easier to use and a small amount lubricates a lot of orings.
