Mr Lard, the are the very same pots Bob is talking about, except someone has fitted a ball valve and added £100 for the privilege. I have one and it works very well, they are supplied by Schlenger GmbH, Germany and you can find them easily on Ebay.fr (France) if you search "Marmite Thermos"...

Just got this in the post from my man in Paris....... IMAG1640.JPG ....Apparently the monestry is having a referb and they have sold off a lot of their stock. His local off license sells all sorts of nice belgian beers and mananged to get a load. Supposedly it's not normally available unless you go ...

There are so many different types it's hard to choose. Rich Poole and I have grown the Moruga yellow. Hot as hell with a kinda of citrus pineapple taste.
Get them quick though, it's nearly time to get propagating.

Hydorchloric and Nitric mixed makes Aqua Regia (Nitro-hydrochloric acid)....It's pretty nasty stuff and can be used to dissolve gold / platinum. It'd use it with extreme caution or not at all, it's probably a nightmare to dispose of and requires careful neutralisation unless you want it to dissolve ...
