There are bike racks opposite the pub. Not the safest place so I strongly recommend some good locks (gold standard) and leave the dogs do da's bike at home and ride something low brow. I work on the basis of other bikes having locks that are easier to pick and my bike being less appealing than others.

Proper job (I understand) uses Chinook to bitter due to it's high AA and cacade for the steep, with some flavour and aroma from the spicy Willamette (a fuggles derivative). Cascade isn't a particualrly high alpha hop. Centenial (sometimes called super Cascade) is though. Of course, this is my unders...

How much did that hop bucket cost? Seems like it could be the holy grail in the T90 sludge vs hop filter conundrum.
