I used Beer Alchemy once to test it (and still have it), but have now got BeerSmith 2 on the Mac and it looks better, i think.

Storing Grains
Hi! I will be after some food-grade containers that will be air-tight, water-tight and suitable for storing grains for brewing. Can anyone recommend any suppliers/products that would do? They would need to be animal proof too!

I am looking forward to making this hobby more 'social' and look forward to crossing bottles in the near future. I can recommend the Malt Miller (www.themaltmiller.co.uk). He supplies freshly milled malt, hops and yeasts and is very reliable and reasonably priced. i have also used Hop and Grape in the past to get my White Labs yeasts and they have been very good too, although possibly not the cheapest.
