Re: Meeting options: Please Read

The 5th is a bank holiday. Could be a lot of people otherwise engaged.
Step away from the Maypole people and go to beer club instead.

Re: April Meeting change

Looks like postponement for a week then.

Re: April Meeting change

I'll sit on the fence and say I'll go with whatever the decision is.

Is a different venue an option for this week? I doubt it but I thought I'd put it out there.

Re: March 2014 CBA interclub competition

Entries need to be with LAB, as hosts, by 25th March. I'll let the brewer of the selected beer know the details outside of the forum to preserve privacy.

Re: Historical Bristol recipes?

I don't know anything about historical recipies if I'm honest as it doesn't float my boat! however, I do remember at meetings, a lot of conversations about the malt being different nowadays, compared to historical times. Re: March 2014 Meeting

Ali has confirmed that he is waiting for LAB to confirm and since they had their meeting on Monday, it should be soon.

He'll let me know as soon as he knows.

This won't stop a Bristol entry being chosen. The winner just needs to keep an eye on the forum for the details!

Re: March 2014 Meeting

The CBA interclub thingy is this month so don't the entries need consideration (however this works across both clubs) James, do you know what the deadline and address for posting is for the CBA comp? No idea Steve. I contacted Ali and he hasn't come back to me with the details. I do know that LAB (...
