Wiper and True Product Recall - Mount Hood Porter

Hi guys, I'm sorry to say that the first contribution I've made to this forum in some time is to let you know about a product recall, but I'm trying to get the message out as far and wide as possible about a problem with one of our beers. I'd appreciate you sharing this with anyone who could have bo...

Beer Academy Tasting Courses

Hi Bristol Brewers,

Has anyone been on any of the Beer Academy tasting courses?

http://www.beeracademy.co.uk/courses/foundation-course/

Would like to know if they are any good or not.

Thanks

Michael

Re: Screw cap bottles

Are screw cap bottles as air tight as crown caps?

Thanks

Re: Introduce yourself...

Hi everyone, My name is Michael and I am a beer maker! Have been brewing since a friend gave me a beer kit as a wedding present and we made two barrels of homebrew for the big day. We made a brew that we thought was just about safe enough not to poison the guests and knew that everyone would be nice...
