just noticed my spelling mistake

Both have a huge selection of bottled beers from small batch craft brewes all round the world including Mikkeller (http://www.mikkeller.dk/)

With regard to the steam issue - I had a similar problem in my cellar. I solved the problem by constructing a steam chimney for the boiler using a cheap stainless steel lid from Makro into which I cut a hole using a metal punch to accommodate a 28mm tank connector. I then constructed bend using 3x90...

strange how they were trying to enforce plastic glasses on the CAMRA organised event and then seemed to have agreed to allow glasses for the alternative one run by the catering manager...

I used to use one - had an aquarium pump with some silicon tube and an air stone.

Found I got just as good results by spraying the wort into the fermentor
