Boris used to run Avon Brewing Company in Redfield. They only did two beers: Gurt Lush, a strong bitter and a strong porter with a bottle of port in each cask. He seemed pretty jaded about the brewing industry when the wheels came off and said real money was to be made in importing German lagers.

So your standard oxy cleaner/powder is a mix of peracetic acid and sodium percarbonate. After mixing in water and cleaning up the gunk on my fvs, what happens chemically to these compounds? The underlying problem is likely to be one or a combination of underpitching and underoxygenating. Get these right and your attenuation will be fine.

Hop aroma dies dissipate over time but that sounds way too quick. Could be any of a number of faults like oxidation or infection but you would need to bring it to a meeting to identify which.
