Bristol Brewers

I know I can buy one, I just like trading things.

Will trade a lifetime supply of peated malt and a bag of rice hulls.

Does anyone know of a store/website with good prices on hops, either in bulk (but not 5 kilo bulk) or older harvest/surplus 100g packets? I would also be interested in buying directly from a local homebrewer with hops to spare.
